Increasing Bad Weather Capacity With Our New Jet Engine Dryer

Not only does bad weather erode or actively damage road markings, but for many organisations it also impedes the ability to get quick service. This is unfortunate because snow, ice and poor visibility actually increases the importance of having high quality road markings. We have had a lot of requests over the last couple of weeks from customers wanting new road markings in a hurry, some of whom have been turned down by other providers.

Partially this was increased demand, but it is also to do with the difficulty of laying down road markings in adverse conditions. Wet or slippery surfaces make it difficult for paint to adhere to the tarmac, giving a lower quality result and increasing drying time.

The solution to this is to use a jet engine dryer to ensure an optimum surface for painting and quick drying time regardless of the weather and atmospheric humidity. Last month we acquired a new Jet engine dryer to increase our work capacity in poor weather and to ensure our customers’ demands are met, especially for urgent jobs.
